The Vox Theatre is home to a confident and effective team of Event Coordinators and Hosts. Heading the Events team is Brooke Rohan, Event Manager. Brooke is a graduate of Missouri State University in Springfield. There she received her Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management. Brooke began working for the Vox Theatre in May, 2016. She was previously the Event Coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs. Brooke came in full steam and transitioned seamlessly, making sure there were no hiccups with the management change.

Bailey Eichler is the Event Operations Coordinator. Bailey also graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations. She has experience in both coordinating and hosting events. She was previously an Activities Director and Personal Assistant. Bailey is the newest member of the Vox Theatre, starting in August, 2016. Though she my be new, Bailey is excited to contribute to the Events team and the Vox Theatre.

And last, but most certainly not least, the Vox Events team is incredibly proud of their Host team. This team is a select group of individuals on hand throughout every event held at the Vox. The hosts offer any assistance that may be needed during the event. And always with a warm, genuine smile.

The Vox limits the amount of coordinators, allowing them to be more directly involved in all the details. By doing this, they are able to ensure the same person schedules, handles, and executes the events at the Vox. Reassuring everyone who holds an event here that they are in good hands.
