What is the role of the event staff person on-site during my event? Do I need an Event Coordinator at my event? The Vox on-site staff person is responsible for the Vox Theatre space and our staff. This person will make sure bathrooms are well stocked, the A/V system is working correctly, and lighting is to your satisfaction. The Vox staff person is not in charge of the flow of your timeline during the event time, vendor issues specific to your contract, etc. We recommend using a day-of coordinator to for events such as weddings and award ceremonies.
