Open flame candles are not allowed under any circumstance. Please ask the Vox staff for more details. What is the role of the event staff person on-site during my event? Do I need an Event Coordinator at my event? The Vox on-site staff person is responsible for the Vox Theatre space and our staff. This person will make sure bathrooms are well stocked, the A/V system is working correctly, and lighting is to your satisfaction.
